Therapy & Coaching

Welcome to my online practice.

Anna Noble, LMFT, CHWC, CYT

Welcome to my online therapy practice. I’m the right therapist for you if you have done therapy before and made good progress, but then you got stuck. There is this one behavior that you can’t let go off, the phrase that triggers you every time, the situation that always leads to a disproportionate response no matter how hard you try to stay calm. When more talking doesn’t seem like a helpful approach, you have come to the right place. Let’s focus on the intuitive, subcortical, non-verbal part of the brain to foster deeper healing. To facilitate change on the somatic level, I suggest that we try brainspotting, EMDR, or hypnotherapy.

“Don’t take it so personally…” Everything in life is personal… “Don’t take yourself too seriously.” “You’re the most important person in your life.” “Self-care is important.” “Don’t be so selfish.” So which is it?
